STONEWARE POTTERY CLASS – CONE 6 FIRING

Join us for a complimentary introduction to our new stoneware glazes and learn how to create rich surfaces and unique effects on ceramic work. This guided class will walk you through glaze application techniques, layering, and best practices for stoneware finishes.

Stoneware is a premium high-fire clay fired to cone 6, where it becomes dense, strong, and highly durable. This process makes finished pieces more resistant to chipping and ideal for everyday use. When properly glazed and fired, stoneware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe—perfect for mugs, bowls, and plates you’ll actually use daily.

This class features specialty cone-6 glazes and a professional high-temperature kiln firing that transforms your work into long-lasting, functional art.

Important:
To run a high-fire kiln safely and efficiently, a minimum of 6 participants is required for this class.

Bisqueware pieces are available for purchase on the day of the event. No prior glazing experience is required.
