Valentine’s Foam Printing Workshop 💖
One-Time Specialty Art Class | Ages 3–12+
Celebrate Valentine’s week with a hands-on foam printing art workshop at Salty Clay Art & Pottery Studio! In this one-time specialty class, students will design and create their own Valentine’s cards using foam printing techniques that encourage experimentation, creativity, and playful mark-making.
Students will learn how to design images, transfer them onto foam printing plates, and print multiple Valentine’s cards using bright colors and layered textures. This process is especially engaging for younger artists while still offering creative depth for older students.
Each student will leave with a set of handmade Valentine’s cards—perfect for sharing with friends and family.
This class is thoughtfully designed to be completed within one session.
Please note: There will be no makeup day for this workshop.
What We’ll Provide
Foam printing plates and tools
Printing inks and paints
Cardstock and paper for Valentine’s cards
Guided instruction and age-appropriate support
Creative prompts and Valentine-themed inspiration
What Students Should Bring
Clothes that can get messy or an apron
A sketchbook (optional, for planning ideas)
